How it works to Order a custom Rug.

1. Upload artwork & Place Order or (Submit your artwork for a quote)

Get a quote if you have any questions or if your ordering bulk.

2.Receive quote! If approved, Pay the link. (If not contact us to discuss the project future to see how we can work with your budget or discount)

3.Once we received Full payment or 50% Deposit we can start the rug manufacturing.

4. We will send you a mock of the rug artwork to ensure the rug will be made to match the design.

5. After Artwork approval it will take 4-6 weeks to make the custom rug.

6. Once completed we will send you photos to ensure your happy with the custom rug made!

7. You will receive a tracking # for a shipping that take 7-10days.
